Unprofessional , incompetent and unreliable online order service. Packers don’t receive enough training to follow the shopper’s notes and pack a customer’s order with care. If they receive enough training , they don’t get paid enough to care about a customer’s item. Have complained twice now stating this is for me ( and likely other customers ) a hygiene , health and safety issue but nothing has changed. I had a terrible experience at Woolworths. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be collected but the lady at the service desk couldn’t find it. Instead of greeting me she waved her hand and asked what was wrong. I told her I was there to collect my order. What kind of customer service is that? She then called the staff at the back to bring it to the front.
