The most useless pickup delivery team in woolie.. we need pickup inside..because they r stinggy with their money...dont hire workers..and never pickup call almost 5 times
The staff ignored me when I told them that someone had brought a dog too close to me while I was shopping for food. The dog's saliva got on me, and I was very uncomfortable. Instead of dealing with the situation, they just stood around chatting with each other. Do your job. Hygiene and customer concerns should be taken seriously, especially in a supermarket.
