Woolies ok but the centre is so run down
Service is not good. Majority of them seem overworked and unhappy, never smiling. There's a couple nice ones.
I visited the store to collect an online order, and unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. A simple offer to help would have made a big difference. I hope the store can improve its customer service, as this experience did not meet my expectations.
