wont be going back the customer service is terrible, some of the staff members really let this store down in recent years, especially shane who works on the self serve checkouts who is rude, nasty and wont get off his phone to help and if he has to will make a huge deal out of it. Its a real shame because the store used to be great with a high integrity. Woolworths does not follow up on their complaints process after you wait three days, they just ghost you.

Jaime was so assistive and patient with helping me find everything I needed. Definitely 5 stars. Definitely earnt a box of chocolates!! Thank you, Jaime!

I usually have such a lovely experience but today has left quite a sour taste in my mouth. Pat specifically. I understand bag checks are a condition of entry, I more than obliged. However, I had not entered a part of the store where things are sold yet. I had been with a team member, and was being assisted by her and she was lovely. My fault for leaving my phone in the car, thanked the lovely employee and then was immediately asked to show my bag.
