Won’t refund change of mind, supposedly in place since 1/9/20. Guess I’ll look around to shop elsewhere. Lots of small business will accept change of mind yet a huge business like Woolworths won’t. Really bad customer service.
Woolies is alright
Today Wednesday 23rd July 25. My sister and I shopped at your store. My review is because of the " docket or no docket " system. We had scanned our shopping and didn't opt for a docket. We then tried to purchase a paper bag as we had forgotten to do it in the beginning of our scanning. Because the camera picked up our trolley of goodies, it asked for an attendance. Great store the staff are always so happy and helpful they have great service and groceries are always reasonable priced mostly
