The click and collect bays are always taken by people who do not require the click and collect service. It is very frustrating when you have a scheduled time to collect your items. Other than that. My favourite supermarket

The staff are so friendly and helpful at Polaris. The store is generally well stocked and parking is usually pretty easy.
Just wanted to share a bit of feedback about the Click & Collect parking slots. I've noticed that they're often taken by people who aren’t actually using Click & Collect — like drivers with L-plates or Uber drivers just stopping in because it’s close to the store. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re trying to pick up an order and there’s no spot available. Would be great if Woolies could look into ways to manage this better — otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose of having Click & Collect bays in the first place.
