I visited Woolworths Stockland Shopping Centre to do my monthly grocery shop, and when I made my way to the checkouts at around 9:00 pm, I had a trolley full of groceries. As I approached the checkout area, a staff member named Simran, who was assisting another customer at one of the smaller express checkouts, noticed the size of my trolley and advised that we would be better served at one of the larger belt checkouts. Online click and collect took me 30 minutes. It would have been faster to shop in store. Supervisor showed no interest in feedback and directed me to complain online. Disappointing experience all around.
Disappointed with the checkout experience today. The receipt clearly showed I was entitled to a set number of ooshies with my purchase, but the cashier only handed over part of it even though the pack was right there in their hand. This isn’t the first time either a previous visit had the same short-count issue.
