Customer service needs improvement like a positive greeting, not get out of my way when depositing trolleys in trolley bay, not using finger to claim that is greeting...senior staff no leadership and others wonder if they understand customer service
On 28/8/26 I was hoping purchase some essentials at this store. It was at closing time so I understand the employees wanted to finish and go home. Unfortunately my cards were not working and I was unable to pay for the items totalling around $50. On my way out, there were 3 employees in the self checkout area. I could hear them talking quietly between each other and laughing, while looking at me walking out, feeling dejected. Other than that, good range of products.
15 items or less counter 19/8 waiting, waiting serving people with cigarettes over person labelling, finally went to check out person labelling then starts serving. What you motto were her to help.
Has everything you need never out of stock good customer service.
