Lovely shops
Whenever I go into this woolies, I feel so bad for the staff, I heard a manager treating a young worker like crap the other day. They’re probably super underpaid which is disgusting considering woolies is a mega billion dollar company, let alone being treated poorly by higher ups. Used to be a nice community vibe here but now it’s just gross
Mandy went absolutely above and beyond to help us out with a mistake made regarding our rewards card and 10% discount, she was so kind and supportive and we were so grateful for her help. This is only our second time shopping at this branch, as we don’t go to Woolies that often, but amazing staff like her has convinced us that we will be shopping here from now on! Thanks again Mandy, you made our night :)
