Overall the team at Woolworths Narangba a great always helpful and friendly and willing to show you where products are when you can’t find them. It is a very busy store at times and you are best to shop during the day after the morning rush with the school kids @ 9am ish and after the school rush @ 4-4:30 when you don’t have school kids everywhere. Weekends are always busy especially in the late afternoons. Best to get fresh bread after 10am and not in the later afternoons when it is usually almost gone.
This store has progressively gone downhill over the years. It has huge stock problems (products listed as “in stock” on the app are often not available), and isle numbers on the app are incorrect. Other nearby Woolworths are definitely better. Hopefully Narangba will get more choice soon.
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. 1 is still a star 🤷♀️. This woolworths is not the best. No customer service. I usually have to find someone to open a checkout as I won't use self service. Stock levels are always low. Plenty of mouldy fruit and vegetables thou. 🤮. It's a shame it's the only local supermarket this side of the rail way lines. Woolworths .. do better !!
