Generally I enjoy shopping at Woolworths Central. However, this afternoon at the checkout was Miss LEXI.. Boy oh boy she does not realise she is in customer service. Argumentative, dismissive and with a look on her face if looks could kill. Suggestion… keep her out the back in the storeroom unloading trucks, no customers to upset out there.
Worst store ever. Bad produce. Deli has hardly anything if you can get service. Generally run down and unkempt.
Guy at self service checkout with the beard at 8:30 this Sunday had excellent customer service, was so friendly and super informative!! Good on him (:
