I popped into this Woolies on my way to work for a couple of things and as a an ex Woolies 2IC it was pretty shocking to see the manager (I think) speak to customers like they were complete idiots? It was extremely unprofessional and honestly shocking, especially first thing in the morning! Maybe an extra strong coffee could have helped but honestly I don’t think anything would help that attitude and the tone they displayed. I have been served by Cody a few times and crossed paths with her. She is the rudest person I have come across. When she had arrived, you could tell the positive welcoming feeling was no longer there. Cody is possibly the worst staff member to join this team as she always has an miserable face. Nobody likes to work but isnt it your job to be friendly and welcoming? She doesnt interact with her customers but treats them poorly as they have interrupted her chatting with fellow staff.
