Tried phoning to give a specific order for charity. Cut off 5 times. Not happy. Every other store answers - know it's a busy time of year, but..... How do you speak with anyone from that particular department?
Great staff at this store especially ROWAN. A really lovely young guy. Friendly, helpful & fantastic customer service skills. I hope he is appreciated by management.
