Today was my first time shopping at the Woolworths store in Mona Vale. I went there to buy cotton discs, but because I wasn’t familiar with the layout, it took me quite a while to even find the makeup section. I walked around the store several times trying to locate the product, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find it. I approached two staff members wearing Woolworths uniforms for help. Click and collect order. Two lots of milk each with only 3 days to expiry. Not acceptable to offload nearly out of date product to unwitting c&c customers. Otherwise a good store but this is very poor behaviour.

Terrible service at check out. Operator was continually double scanning items, and worst packing ever - raw chicken packed with cereal. Tried ringing shop from home as found more double scanning items when checking my receipt and always being cut off - tried calling 5 times. No wonder you make huge profits when your operators are double scanning!
