I would like to share my recent experience when shopping at this store. I was at the delicatessen to buy some fresh sliced meat and the lady was So Helpful she especially sliced the meat to my requirements she couldn't do enough. Small lady with short hair. Then I needed some fresh fish and the young lady working there I think she was of Asian decent again gave me great service explained the cuts and types of fish. Both were Brilliant Customer Service
I went to the checkout with my items at Woolworths Miranda. I had taken photos of the products and price shown on the shelf beforehand. Product was incorrectly packed under wrong ticket, so it scanned up incorrectly. After dealing with 4 different staff members who kept on passing me on to another representative, I requested to speak to the store manager. I was looking at the Sushi and the man came out and so close to me I could barely look at it. I walked around and got the rest of my groceries I went to pay for it and he was there waiting for me and followed me around when I was shopping. I did not like this experience and I won’t be buying Sushi from Wooloworths again. I did not like being followed around and questioned when trying to buy a few groceries!!!
The aisles are wide, the selection is enormous, the variety within is mind blowing. It's always a pleasure to visit supermarkets back in Sydney when I have the opportunity. I have already started buying yummmy things for when i head back home. I've been to this branch in Miranda Fair quite a few times. The staff are really cool and friendly, one guy i have met and been helpful, opening a till for me when i was shopping laden.
