I visited Woolworths Miranda to buy a few items. Unfortunately, the product I wanted was unavailable, so I left the store without purchasing anything. As I was about to leave, a staff member stopped me in a very rude and aggressive manner and demanded that I open my bag. When I asked why, I was simply told, “It’s our policy.” I have been shopping at Woolworths for over 10 years, and I have never been treated like this before.
