Today I experienced for first time out of all Woolworth I visited this Metro Woolworth Williamstown as THE BEST. The positive vibe started from entrance iteself and right from night fillers who were so helpful to the customer care when self settlement section was reached everyone was providing excellent customer care which lead to easy identification of products needed and settlement and exit. This is my local supermarket & until this afternoon, I have never had any issues!!! I went into the BWS that’s connected to the supermarket, to purchase a bottle of wine to have with dinner. As I was bent over in the aisle to read the wine labels, I got pushed & sworn at, by a drunken little Asian male… All whilst the 3 staff members laughed🤷♂️ I then went to the checkouts to ask for the on duty manager, 10 minutes later a guy came & spoke to me, he did apologise & also said that BWS has nothing to do with them???
