Usually my experience here is fine, however everytime the older asian woman is on self-serve she asks in a rude manner to see in my bag, I let her and continue telling her I buy from here and the Metro woolies very nearby at Sydney Park as the products are different (Metro range versus Supermarket range) and I live near both locations. She constantly asks to see my bank statement which is a complete overstep of her "authority". I comply and still she does it every single time. I had a great experience at Woolworths Alexandria thanks to Pavithra. I was having trouble finding a few items, and even though she was busy with her work, she took the time to guide me and make sure I got everything I needed. Her helpful attitude and friendly approach made my shopping so much easier. Really appreciate her support excellent customer service!
Over zealous check out clerk searched my empty bag when I left the store without buying anything, which was because they didn’t have what I needed. Over priced and biased staff
Long time for the delivery orders
No bakery when I went there. No croissants, pastries, pain au chocolates. The girl in that area was in break n reluctantly came back after 10 mins. She said there was no power the day before. Then the manager came to me and said they couldn’t get the deliveries in . I mean tip ed about the power n he looked embarrassed. They don’t measure up. Everybody is diss interested and can’t get basic products there. Better not bother to go there at all.
