Has to be poorly managed to have this many issues yet the nicest staff. The staff at checkouts and customer service are lovely and helpful, so this in no way should reflect the work they do. However, every time I attend the store, every isle is teaming with stockers refilling shelves (who do not have the same customer service quality as the above mentioned workers). Easy parking, great place to shop
Very disappointed with the deli 🤮 , l have put complaints a few times and nothing gets done. Disgusting 🤢 deli everything is dirty in the display cabinet , dry cold meats discoloured meats and chicken. Empty bowls shaved ham scattered all over the display cabinet, every time l go there it puts me right off.🤮 l shop there all the time , but l would never buy anything in that disgusting deli , l should have taken photos and send it to head office , unprofessional l hope you will take it seriously. 🤮
The front staff, especially at self-checkout, are always lovely. But several of the younger staff stocking shelves or fulfilling online orders consistently show poor customer service. They act inconvenienced when asked to move pallet trolleys blocking products, roll their eyes, and leave barely any space for you to get the product you need. I’ve encountered only one nice one.
