My favourite supermarket
Shelves always low on stock. If you shop there after 6pm, meat and bakery shelves are empty. Deli service slow. Staff are always friendly and helpful, but it's outrageous that a supermarket this large in a built up area is running out of stock every day.
Today 13 September 2025 I tried to ring the shop ( I rang 25 times) because my wife realised that she might have left a bag in the shop with some items. I went through the prompts on the phone, but no one ever answered. I had to go back to the shop ( I live in whittlessea country and as I was approaching the help desk I rang again.
