Got everything I wanted. Still find that shelves are stocked well despite the pandemic issues. Always happy with the experience When I go there. Visited again - still the same. All good. Nothing has changed - still go here regularly, and will do so for the foreseeable future. Visited again Oct 2025 - all good. Still going here regularly (Dec 2023)...(Feb 2024). Good as ever Mar 2026.
Hard to find items but spacious
I just visited Woolworths Mawson Lakes and had a very disappointing experience. The lady staff member wearing black specs was very rude and did not speak properly or respectfully. I asked about an item, and even though she didn’t know the answer, she responded in a very rude manner instead of trying to help. This is the third time I’ve experienced poor behaviour at this store, and it seems like management is not taking any action. Customer service should be a priority. Very disappointing service.
