I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store. Earlier today, I purchased a pack of cheese but shortly after realised it was extra for home. I returned to the store within 20 minutes to request a return. However, the staff member who assisted me pressed down firmly on the cheese box and claimed it felt warm, despite one side of the packaging still being noticeably cold. The shopping trolleys are in very poor condition and need to be replaced. They are difficult to maneuver, have broken wheels, and, worst of all, they generate a significant amount of static electricity. I get zapped every time I go shopping. I recommend replacing these old trolleys with new green recycled ones.

I have just encountered with one of rudest and kinda racist customer service member. I wanted to swap with two items (H20 Coconut water pack and Biscuit pack) with other items. She was uttering that Woolworths have policy to show the items before entering the store. I haven't seen or heard such ridiculous policy before, then told her to check your camera and show me the policy. Note, receipt was provided.
