Spent 10 minutes getting groceries. Spent 15 minutes waiting to checkout. They had 9 checkout lanes and 2 staff working with people lined up 6 deep. Multiple calls for additional staff were made before anyone came to open more lanes. There were also about 10 people waiting at self service and people lined up at the service desk for Click and Collect. It appears that there are either insufficient staff being scheduled or breaks not being managed properly leaving minimal staff available to help customers.
I ordered my groceries online as I’m on crutches atm. The pickers picked the freshest fruit and veggies and I even had help with packing it all into my bags. This was on a Sunday between xmas and new year so I know how difficult it is to get staff at this time of year. But these guys were terrific! Thank you so much! You made my day!
We got these mangoes and rockmelon from Lismore Square woollies two days ago and both are rotten inside!
