I shop here regularly. Always happy with the range and customer service is usually okay. The two long haired girls working the self checkout areas on Saturday 25/11 afternoon need retraining on customer service. Very cold demeanour and looked at me with almost evil eyes as I was leaving, not sure why. I just did my own thing and didn't bother anyone.
Nice shops
No point coming here and paying for parking when you have a bigger, better Woolworths with free parking 2 minutes away in Rockdale plaza.
“Purchased a chicken breast fillet from Woolworth Kogarah on 24th Sept 2025 Upon opening, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor and checked the packaging, which showed the use-by date was 29-09-2025, however date still valid. This is my third time and I have facing that type of issue. They put the valid sticker on the items but items already damaged or not able to eat . Had to discard it for safety reasons.
