Empty or near-empty shelves are commonplace, and I've found staff typically off-hand. You need a coin to get a trolley. Deli had no fresh ham, etc when I went just the other day, in the afternoon, forcing customers to buy the more expensive pre-packaged items.
I dislike Grocery shopping but this Woolies is a dream. Well stocked and well presented fresh food. It doesn't feel 'sterile' like some of the other refurbed stores.
Was lost to find a product I was looking for, but a very handsome tall young asian gentleman with glasses helped me out all the way thru to find my product. was the best day in my life ever please raise the pay for him.
