Direct to boot is a total joke here. You wait 30mins for them to bring your shopping out. (I received mine at the service desk) I had to walk inside to the service desk after waiting as my app showed it was already collected but no one had come. No proper signs anywhere. Total rubbish. Another customer was also complaining about the wait time and how they make us tell them a time, then confirm when we are on the way. Now finally when we arrive we gotta tell them again.
