A lot of great staff here make shopping here incredible Big shout out to Marcia and Gamze, Con, and 4 others which I forget their names but will edit this post soon, it’s exactly what ‘excellent’ customer service is. Always consistent and always friendly. The community in these small areas it often lacks but definitely not Woolies Gladstone park.
Worst customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for a click and collect order
I’m slinging out 5 stars because I know it comes from a good place but tell the young girl with brown hair (not sure of her name) working the registers to tone the niceties down. She is way over the top! Good job for attempting customer service but she was freaking everyone out. Even the person serving me kept looking over at her. She was so ‘friendly’ she almost looked like she was in pain.
