I tried the store again and walked straight out It’s icy cold!! I would love the opportunity for someone to call me and advise why the store is so cold, it beggars belief that anyone can even work under such conditions If you have any care at all for your team or customers you will take urgent action to rectify Please fix the heating, I don’t understand how it can be colder in the store than it is outside- I won’t shop here till it’s fixed so please no generic reply just tell me it’s fixed
This morning at 11.30 am I purchasing items not secure and sealed from the baker (health food safety 🤔) when i ask the attendees near the self checkout about that she response the all same no issue??? Wooow ? Woolworths I wonder why you store close in many areas like the one in roxburgh park and this one soon when health inspctor check in from health Victoria.
Worker by the name Gamze gave me the best experience I’ve had at any shop, I was intending to be in and out and she put a smile on my face with her positive attitude and energy! Keep up the good work
This must be one of the worst woolworths around vic even broadmeadows has more organic produce then this store what a waste of my time wont be shopping here.
This shop is appalling. Sometimes the 15 items or less aisle is open sometimes not. Old people standing in a long queue to pay for just a few items. Went there on a busy Friday - again the 15 items aisle was closed. The standard of fresh produce is dreadful. You even have to ask for “ Aussie “ ham. The ladies in the deli are very nice - about the only good thing about the place. They also need more CASH self serve lanes.
