Ordered a mobile online, for pick up in store, but for some reason, it takes them 4+ hours to open the cabinet and take one out!!! Then try calling, listen to a 2nin rant, only to get put on hold forever! Useless, and management can't prioritise or use common sense.
Customer service desk staff member working at 11:55 today is slow and rude. Completely ignoring customers at the front desk waiting
