Refused to replace defective product (with receipt, original packaging, etc). Claimed it's 'buyer beware'. Complained to the ACCC. Not going to shop here again.
Sold us a spoiled product, when we attempted to return it with receipt was told that it was "not their problem" and that we have no consumer rights.
Staff slow and non existent. Spend more time gossiping with each other than working.
