Friday 31st July 2026, 7pm. Did a big food shop, family of 6, trolley overflowing. I asked Lady standing at front counter, who was doing nothing could you please open a register? She points and says 'Go down aisle 5 and get one of them to do it' seriously you are paid to serve customers. Ignored. Ridiculed. Dismissed. Shamed. Really disappointed with my experience at Woolworths today. Two young blonde checkout staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was there, one was serving an Indian lady with a pram, while the other ignored me for several minutes despite clearly seeing me waiting.
