Worst coffee in my 29 years of life international roast had more flavour and depth than the hot water I was just served for $4, also got my order wrong i asked for 2 sugars not 2 shots which was written on my cuo P. I threw it in the bin after 2 sips. I would rather not wake up than experiwnce that again. Terrible service. Just remove the cafe so others don't have to experience that in their morning. 7-11 coffee is mountains above this.
They’ve got 50 different types of frozen chips but they won’t stock the one frozen product I’ve requested, despite the freezer being mostly empty for over a month. Stock your freezer with the things people want please!
Almost seem like no one manages this place. Staff and management roll around and chat to each other without assisting customers and are abrasive when asked questions. Staff walk around with headphones in so half the time they can’t hear you asking a question. The shelves are empty, like couldn’t get a tomato and a coke when I was in last because there was no stock lol.
What a joke that all of your staff wear cameras around their neck to film us as we shop. Absolute invasion of privacy. Will happily pay 10% more to shop elsewhere.
