Very disappointing experience at Woolworths Orana Mall Dubbo. While shopping with my young daughter, the staff member approached me at self serve while having 3-4 items in hand and I was asked to show my handbag. I complied, but questioned why I was being singled out. The situation escalated when the manager became involved. Kitchenware Reward scheme Big scam. We were collecting points to get the reward but when we asked for our reward they told us the stock ran out. It’s big fraud telling customers that the stock ran out for the rewards. No more woolies for us. Woolies, why bluffing customers with such offers if you cannot have enough stock for rewards.
