Huge variety of merchandise. But very slow customer service, despite the large number of staff.
Amazing customer service by Meghan, I think she was the manager on duty but she was at the check out counter and kept helping customers although she had put the sign for them to use another checkout . She was kind , helpful and professional! Thank you so much Meghan, I hope you have a great day 😊

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Woolworths store. I visited Woolworths Doncaster tonight and purchased 4 packs of small soft drinks, totaling $22. After heading to Coles downstairs for the rest of my shopping, I found that the exact same soft drinks were cheaper there. I went back to Woolworths to address my concern as a customer, hoping for some kind of remedy or at least an understanding from the staff.
