Don’t expect to receive good and timely service at the self checkout. 3 staff there all zoned out and looked like they’d rather be somewhere else. Most of the times they are too busy gossiping, no awareness of what’s happening around them.

I’m here to report a few problems First, there are some unrelated good in another goods’ place (shown in the picture below) Second, some Chinese spring onions are taken out from its own bag. I believe there’s some lazy customers who placed it wrong Lastly, the staff is actually very kind on 10/8/2026. However, when I visited here on 8/8/2026, I politely asked for a female staff’s help, and she rolled her eyes (🙄like this) and seems like not want to help me. That’s all, there’s lot to improve, thank you.

The chocolates here have always been my fav. But the staff at Doncaster are particularly great. Delicious truffles!
