Very disappointing experience at Woolworths. We bought Lebanese bread on 29 August and later realised the best-before date was 25 August — four days earlier. This means the bread appears to have remained on the shelf for several days after its best-before date. Unfortunately, the bread had already gone mouldy, so we had to throw the whole packet in the bin. I’m here to report a few problems First, there are some unrelated good in another goods’ place (shown in the picture below) Second, some Chinese spring onions are taken out from its own bag. I believe there’s some lazy customers who placed it wrong Lastly, the staff is actually very kind on 10/8/2026. However, when I visited here on 8/8/2026, I politely asked for a female staff’s help, and she rolled her eyes (🙄like this) and seems like not want to help me. That’s all, there’s lot to improve, thank you.

The chocolates here have always been my fav. But the staff at Doncaster are particularly great. Delicious truffles!
