So woolies staff deserve so much more respect than they receive. This ridiculous woman was yelling at a staff member as I waited near the service desk simply because the staff member refused to refund a cream tub that was warm. Firstly who returns cream? The staff told her that they had a policy and couldn't take back cold items. The woman then began screaming at her and her manager. I had a very disappointing experience at this store today due to the way my return was handled by a staff member named Daphne. I attempted to return a small tub of sick cream. Daphne refused the return, stating that the product was “not cold enough” and therefore could not be refunded. However, at the time of purchase, I was never informed that this item must remain refrigerated at all times or that it would be non-returnable once leaving the store. I don't normally leave reviews, but I thought ill do one for the new year. a young staff member, I believe her name was "Riya" if im not mistaken, I decided to go to the store on the 1st day of the new year and it was very busy up the front. However I noticed Riya was not stopping for a single moment at the registers, and as a elderly person who prefers registers, she kept the line moving smoothly and even with a smile, very rare to see this in young people these days.
