Terrible front counter service. It's pathetic when the staff see you and speed off in the other direction. Artificially reduced store hours make it very difficult to shop for essentials, especially when there are no home delivery slots available. Is it so difficult to keep the doors open until 8:50pm?
As always good place to visit for shopping I always find less options in food court Not sure of others More variety needed
visited the store today around 6:20 pm and was really disappointed with the service at the service desk. Two staff members were chatting to each other and completely ignored me, even though I was clearly standing there needing help. I had to say "excuse me" several times before they finally acknowledged me. Even after that, they kept chatting to each other while serving me. It honestly made me question the level of training and basic customer service standards at this store.
