The staff is not trained, they gave wrong information on return policy, once i came to return something which i specifically asked if i could and they gave me 5different receips so if i want to return one i could, but whem i came to return, they said it cannot be, Sarah the manager was not apologatic from her reactions, and she called me rude. Shame on you to have managers who doesnt know about customer service and staff who are not trained.

My girl could have just put the 24 eggs back and sucked it ul instead of telling her kids about mummy and daddy's divorce (Also, lying to your kids? How? Too cold No vodka
I had the most heartbreaking and embarrassing experience at Woolworths Devon Plaza that left me in tears. During a routine grocery shopping trip with my kids and ex-husband, I was met with judgment and insensitivity from a staff member named Debb at the register. Due to the bird flu crisis, each customer is allowed only two trays of eggs.
