To whom is in charge of staff presentation eg uniform .I was in your store today Saturday 04-04-2026. The staff member that served me at checkout was covered in animal fur as they were serving me. The member was polite and served me to a good standard. But if I use this store again and this is the case a staff member covered in what looks like animal fur I will leave my whole basket of shopping and go elsewhere.
Has to be the oldest Woolies in Melbourne. No self check out, so force you to interact with the staff that refuse to serve you if you have more than 8 items but she was not doing anything while the more than 8 items staff was busy chatting with customers.
