This store is the worst woolies i've been to. Why the hell dont the so called management do something about the staff? 99% of the time 1 check out open. go to self serve, get no help when you need it, staff just standing around talking to each other. most of the younger employees are helpful when looking for something. there are a a few staff that are very friendly and helpful, 1 staff member in particular works mainly behind the express counter looking at it's phone, is the rudest, self entitled miserable thing in there. Staff were unhelpful. Had a large trolley full and only self serve checkouts open. The staff that were at the check out were cleaning, no offer to assist. The larger lady was walking round dusting the check outs and avoiding customers. One of the younger girls in the "ask me for help" vests made a snide remark about me as I returned the trolley. Will be lodging a complaint with management.
