Absolutely shocking. I swear the people who work here as so severely incompetent it’s ridiculous. I placed a rapid Direct to Boot order and got told it was ready for collection. It was only when I got to the store that the person on the Direct to Boot informed me that the ORDER WASNT EVEN PACKED!!!!!!! I sat there for like 45 mins waiting cause apparently there were a bunch of people before me and I’m like cool ok don’t tell me my order is ready when it’s not. Usually get my shops done at Coles, but when I went in to Woolies for a quick purchase the other day but I was having difficulty finding what I was looking for. I asked the young man with the curly hair, Aidan, and he helped me find it super quickly… outstanding customer service!! I will definitely be coming in more often.
If you think direct to boot will be quicker you’re dreaming. When your order says it’s ready you pay extra to have it for the same day just to wait close to an hour to get your order is when it’s only two bags. And you could’ve got it ready much quicker yourself with no extra cost Here’s a suggestion. DON’T SAY ITS READY WHEN ITS NOT READY. Very disappointing
This is a shout out to Morgan from the Deli, Coops Woolworths. Placed my order in less than 48hrs, but he was willing to take the order for my platter! Also to the guy who called for Morgan, (couldn’t remember his name). Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
