Biggest Woolies I’ve ever been to, but layout for finding stuff definitely gets my steps up… lucky I use the in store mode on my phone. Oh and guys you are always out of stock of the good A2 lactose free full cream milk. Cut back accepting 100s of online orders and, do the 2-3 poor souls on the checkouts a favour and put more workers on so they don’t feel and look like they’re in hell their whole shift.
The store was once easy to find items, now it's just one big maze to find a few items. All the aisles are back to front and mixed up. All designed for customers to spend more time in-store, in hopes for more money.. If it was perfect, why change it? I'll be doing my shopping at Coles from now on 😁
After submitting on the app I would be there in 10 mins to collect my order, I then waited 17 mins at the counter for someone to bring it out - so a total of 27 mins to bring it out! She did not even look at me when passing it and passed the trolley to me without a word. Not good enough! I seriously could have shopped it myself in that amount of time. Unbelievable!
The store is a nightmare to navigate. Products are all over the place, and there is no map or navigation system, or staff, to help customers find products. It takes far too long to find anything, now that it has all been rearranged. Not a happy customer, and I spoke to many other shoppers today, who felt exactly the same way.
Online team is dreadful… especially Daisy who was very rude.
