Very bad customer service
Just called this store and woman that answered her customer service on the phone sucked big time. As someone that works in customer service I and is good at it I think you need to maybe re train your staff on how to deliver good customer service. Person who took my call was a woman.
This morning I went to purchase a product at Coles as that is my usual preference for our grocery shopping but they were sold out of the product I need so I went to Woolworths at Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. I found the product I needed but I also needed to double check some information in relation to the price etc..
