It's very bad customer service, I don't know her name , but she wore orange tshirts. She showed up a wrong attitude to me . I also work somewhere else but I don't do like that to someone. Pls can you check the camera and take a action on her attitude and teach her how to react with the customer.. Thanks
Everyone is so rude, not just the young workers but the older ones too. I stop here for essentials and I really just need to go to Coles instead. They're always too busy talking and can't be bothered ro assist you. It's pathetic.
EDIT : TUESDAY 10TH DECEMBER 2025 Thank you for the wonderful customer service from Ashleigh ( customer service supervisor ) , Seb and Byran and a couple of other staff members are always so friendly and helpful and polite whenever we come into the store each week , I still need a road map 🤣 for the store since it’s renovations and repositioning of all the food items and other things but it looks so much better and newer and the security gates are awesome added addition 🥰 .
