Just wanted to say that Woolworths Charlestown is amazing ! The staff are amazing ! The boss is amazing ! My mum had a fall in Woolworths Wednesday 16th April my mum is almost 80 and wasn’t doing to well .. she has been sick with numerous things the past few months and honestly these guys were all so amazing.. they went above and beyond to help us, to care for us, for my mum .. just the general compassion and actually caring meant more to us then you will ever know .. we have had a crap few months and you honestly made me ha... read more
The Management at Woolworth's Charlestown Square should urgently run some smile classes for their older staff members, I doubt I have ever experienced so many unhappy grumpy women working in the one place. For heavens sake treat people With some respect and stop being so miserable. Maybe it is time some of them started to think about retirement and give the younger ones a chance who seem to be a lot happier.
Can't even keep your store clean for your customers, the floors are filthy,shame.
can't manage to stock eggs what's the problem iga always has heaps so don't blame supply if you can't stock eggs I'm never coming back to your store simple
