Dear Woolworths Everytime I go into your store your team ask me if the groceries in my basket are mine (since I choose to shop at other business's) I get it but instead of your self serve people standing there looking bored perhaps make some observations other than "are these yours". Yes they're mine I paid for them. Yesterday i had an online order from Woolworth’s, i was struggling with the technology since phones are so complicated lol, a beautiful young lady named anastasia helped me as she placed all the bags in my car for me since i am recovering from back surgery. This is some of the best customer service i have ever received and there should be more of this in the world. Thank you caroline springs Woolworths, hiring people who go above and beyond.
