Yesterday i had an online order from Woolworth’s, i was struggling with the technology since phones are so complicated lol, a beautiful young lady named anastasia helped me as she placed all the bags in my car for me since i am recovering from back surgery. This is some of the best customer service i have ever received and there should be more of this in the world. Thank you caroline springs Woolworths, hiring people who go above and beyond.
Great place to shop at with fresh fruit and vegetables, but the shopping trolleys are so dirty and the wheels are a buckelled so the the trolley won't wheel straight. It's absolutely appauling
I visited Woolworths Caroline Springs today and noticed that the prices of many items had not been updated. As a result, several items were priced much higher than usual. When I went to the checkout and placed all the items on the counter to pay (only me at that time), the staff asked me whether the items were mine ? and if I wanted to pay them? This caused unnecessary delay and confusion. What is going on here? Where is the store manager?
Good place to shop. But pick up bays, for online shopping, are not identifiable in the parking.
