4 March 2026 2.45 pm To: Macarthur Square Manager Your staff Jasmin, is extremely rude. Not the usual pleasant service I usually get from members of your staff. She started scanning one item then, she just left me, to answer the phone. Not a word from her to be excused. Another staff member has to finish what she left off. Not good enough Jasmin.
Macarthur Sqaure Woolworths I’ve also noticed over the past month or two that the quality of fruit and vegetables in store has declined significantly and stock levels of everyday products being not available. As someone who works at the centre and shops here at least every second day, this has been quite noticeable and disappointing to see. I value shopping locally and have always relied on this store, but the concerns around fruit and vegetable quality, I may need to reconsider buying my fruit and veg at the store. No service, no checkouts open only self serve. If I wanted a job at Woolies being a checkout chick I would have applied for a job. Won’t be back
Wide selection, fresh produce. We loved going there! I can't say anything negative about them!
Just phoned Woolworths MacArthur square got automated response. Wanted to tell them they just sold me 10mins ago expired Bundaberg ginger beer. Machine said go back to the store I wanted to say had just left store have misplaced receipt. More importantly they are still selling heaps of expired drinks as there is a big stack Poor service doesn’t even rate when you get no service
