Staff are slow, apathetic. All the baked goods and their sushi are expensive and super low quality, especially surprising given the good quality of competitors like Cairns Breadworks right around the corner. When the real bakery is so good, I guess Woolies doesn't even want to try.
I was denied delivery service because I had 4 X 10 pack soft drinks. Ridiculous I can understand restrictions for 24 pack or 30 pack. 40 cans too heavy for the driver but I can order 90 cans (3x30) and that's not heavy for the driver.
Elise Pither at Cairns Central provided excellent customer service. We had a big order, and she kindly helped us load it into the car. She was friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Elise!
