Needs to be knocked down before it falls down
Huge and spacious shopping area with a wide variety of products across many categories. Plenty of great deals, with discounts of up to 50% off on many items. I was surprised to find that some brands like Oatly, fresh beef, and meat products are actually much cheaper than in Vietnam. If you're Vietnamese and visiting or living in Sydney, it's definitely worth stopping by!
Rude staff, block the gate 10mins before closing time and not allow people get in, you should say open till 8:50pm not 9pm. Disgusting.
Very disappointed with the service at Woolworths Burwood Plaza. My husband bought some pasta ingredients on the way home without asking me, but we already had the same things in the fridge at home. About 12 hours later, I went back to ask if I could return or exchange them and explained the situation politely. The staff member had a very rude attitude and kept arguing with me. Very disappointed with the experience tonight. After we had already scanned and paid for all our groceries, a staff member named Siva came over while we were packing and treated us like suspected thieves. He checked our bags with a very unfriendly and judgmental attitude, continued staring at us afterwards, and even discussed us with other staff members nearby.
