I would like to provide feedback regarding my repeated experiences at Woolworths Burwood East as an Uber delivery driver. On multiple occasions, I have faced rude and unprofessional behaviour from staff while collecting orders. During my most recent visit, I arrived to pick up an order that was already prepared and visible on the counter. However, I was told to wait outside. I was here today (25 APRIL 2026) to shop for some groceries. It was my first time shopping here, and I was very impressed by this Woolworths supermarket for its size, by the variety of products therein, by how well stocked it was, and by the friendly and helpful staff here. I would certainly be shopping here more often from now onwards.

Friendly service (still), and a decent range of produce and goods, but is terrible now without a fresh deli. All the meats are pre-packaged. Terrible! Awful decision by Woolies.
