It is one the worst store when it comes to customer service. The person at the SCO is not focused and other staff just don’t care while you just standing there in the SCO waiting for some help.
This Woolworths reduces my property value by just existing. I have to clean my shoes after every visit.
Edit. Since the renovation, there is even less stock. Regular staples have disappeared. Twice recently milk on the shelf was past the used by. This is our local Woolworths. I can never get everything I need in a shop, we got twiggy sticks with mould in them recently and the produce section is often filled with older products or again I can’t find what I need. It is very frustrating.
Parking undercover & street parking. Lots of staff to help, self serve available along with plenty of product.
Why has the checkout area location changed this week? I'm not used to it.
