Had a rather unpleasant interaction with a staff member today, Tyler with an online order. I do doordash and today I got two orders, a shop and deliver and a click and collect. By default the app sent me to do a shop and deliver first and get the click and collect order later. Tyler without knowing that (oblivious to that possibilite too aparently) decided that it was of good tone to say "we would appreciate if you didn't do your personal shop and make us wait here to give your order"... I'm almost 40 and have never before regularly chosen to drive to a Coles or Woolies farther than my local one due to my local one regularly being out of stock on basic items - diced beef, kale and general fresh food items. Many times I take the drive to Cannon Hill as they always stock what I'm after.
