Why has the checkout area location changed this week? I'm not used to it.
I am writing this to highlight a recurring issue at the Bulimba store regarding how delivery partners are treated. Today, Sunday, May 3rd, around 10:00 am, I arrived to collect two Uber Eats orders. I waited patiently in the queue while the only available staff member assisted others. When it was finally my turn—and after another kind customer even pointed out to the staff member that I was next—the interaction took a very unprofessional turn. I always get good food and good service here, many of the cashiers remember regulars and they're very friendly. It's on the smaller side, so variety isn't always on offer, but there's everything I need in stock and I can always top up via Woolworths online if needed. Great parking.
