I bought a piece of salmon and the next day after cooking it, I discovered it had already gone off — it smelled sour and was clearly spoiled. I went back to the store to ask for a refund, but the manager was extremely reluctant and unprofessional. I had to argue with them for about 10 minutes just to get a resolution. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the poor customer service. As a regular customer, I expected better. I bought a pack of three toothbrushes from the store but realized after getting home that I had accidentally left it at the checkout. I called the store, and after a long wait, someone finally picked up and told me there was nothing left at the counter, so there was nothing they could do. While that may be true, I felt really disappointed—not just because I lost the item, but also because of how careless and unhelpful the service . Will try not to go to this store in the future
