I went to Woolworths Beenleigh today and couldn't find what I wanted so I spoke to a lady called maddison who worked there and she was very helpful and friendly in helping me find what I needed . Great service
Went to the deli on the 15-7-25 around 3:00pm. The attendant was seving another lady and after she had finished she just walked away and did something behind the counter. She new i was waiting but didn't acknowledge me. That's ok, I waited about a minute and by that time another lady was waiting. The attendant then come out, asked who was next, I singnal that I was, which annoyed me as she clearly knew i was waiting, she said she would be with me in a minute and served the other lady. Beenleigh is a bit of a bad area, but this is the best Woolies around. Staff are great and friendly, especially Mel on checkouts she's a delight always happy and genuine. Older lady in the fruit and veg area is great too and knowledgeable. Always have what i need. Keep up the great work woolies

Ridiculous service. Pickup order and i’ve been waiting for 50 minutes now and still they’re saying it’s gonna take 15 more minutes. Either hire more staff or expedite the order, this is ridiculous to keep customers waiting for even online orders. And not even a single apology from staff members
