Tried to ring store get "digital assistant" aka usless PITA design to frustrate customers so they never ring and consume human resouces. Woolworths the no service people.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Woolworths today (27/04/2026 around 12:30 PM) at the self-checkout area. There was a staff member (a middle-aged Asian woman, shorter height) who was extremely rude — not only to us, but also to other customers and even her colleagues.
