So sick and tired of my online deliveries having half of the items missing!!! Drink cartons completely different to what I chose and not one has been “substituted”. I utilise delivery when I cannot get into the shops and to have most stuff missing is incredibly frustrating. There should be a requirement for the delivery person to take a photo of their car to ensure items are not being kept.
Despite very good Selection of Products, checkout girl insisted I remove my phone from around my neck, dislodging & consequently misplacing my expensive Prescription Sunglasses from Top of Head unbeknown to me! No Response to various phonecalls emails & forms of communication, other than to return to store and then phonecall terminated.
There's an Asian woman at the self service checkouts who needs to learn to smile. Asked for help with an incorrect scan, I thanked her after she fixed the problem, she just looked at me miserably. Woolies need to make their staff happy. Not a good feeling
Front counter staff very helpful Generous parking space and plenty of it. Perfect for larger vehicles
