Wanted to trade my 2024 Bronco for a used 2025 Explorer on this dealership's lot. Called to make sure the car was still available to be told "it's on loan right now but will be back tomorrow and we can get you set up". Next day after 4 phone calls back and forth the Explorer never comes back per the salesman. Never really clear as to what happened and I guess I'll never know.
Xova chargers wouldn’t scan the QR code or except payment. Wasted 20 minutes going there for them to be down. I called ahead and lady was super friendly on phone telling where they were located on property. Evs info structure sucks-to stressful and time consuming. Happy I leased this thing for this reason. The EV experience on road trips is terrible
Brian was excellent. Answered all my questions and we got everything done over the phone. They delivered the truck to my office with no problems. Only reason for 4 stars is the truck could have been cleaned better. It was clean at a glance but lot of missing spots that were pretty filthy from previous owner.
