I just went to quick lube to get car serviced I was smoking a cigarette in a well known area where I've seen other smokers where visible cigarettes was on the ground a guy wearing cowboy boots walked out picked the cigarette up off the ground and proceeded to throw it in my car I had to catch myself but in the back of my mind I knew I had the right to protect myself and my property.
