Our RV on a Dodge Ram Promaster chassis broke down near Hattiesburg, MS. We called several dealerships and Woolwine was the most accommodating from the beginning. Jessica and the other employees communicated with us frequently and thankfully the wonderful staff here got us back on the road quickly.
They are not serious. I had an appointment to pick up a car here. I called them and they said they would be open today, Saturday, until 2 p.m. I drove 6 hours to get here at 1.25 p.m. and the place is closed. This is not serious. They should take people's work and time more seriously.
I have a little bit of personal history with the Woolwine family. My father, Joe White, was the sales manager at "The Ford Place" in Collins for over 40 years, until he passed away about 17 years ago. The Woolwines purchased the dealership many years ago. I would just tell him what I needed, and, since I was living in Nashville, he would get the paperwork ready and tell me to head to Birmingham (about half way). 5 stars! Great folks to do business with. I drove close to 2 hours to see visit Woolwine and they made it worth my time. Colby was great, the deal was easy and fast, and I got the truck l wanted. Go see them.
