The two technicians were polite, experienced and arrived as agreed. They serviced our boiler and did adjust a filter and did not mind cutting the back of the cupboard to access the part. Very pleased with the quality of their honestly priced service:)

I can't thank them enough. I left a message on the answerphone the night before at around 20.45 and the following day I got a call from Alex at around 8.30 a.m. Alex arrived shortly afterwards to deal with the problem (which I must say was of my own making!) I am so grateful to Woolwich Plumbing & Heating. They have never let me down whenever I've needed them. I needed a repair on my kitchen tap, which was causing a persistent drip. I called them in the morning, and they were able to send a plumber out that same afternoon. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional.
