Sounds like a dodgy place to take your car to, I asked them if they can do a quick diagnostics and when can I bring the car because I don't live close... The response was: hanging around the garage ain't going to work(this tells me that they are a bit dodgy place and don't want people to see what is the quality level of their work). Avoid!
