I booked an appointment for my father specifically for an EKG. When booking, reception confirmed that this test was available and booked us in accordingly. It was only during the doctor’s consultation that we were informed the medical centre does not perform EKGs on-site. The doctor themselves stated that reception should not have advised that the test was available. To make matters worse, the laboratory next door was already closed. Prior to today I have had very good experiences here. However, one of the ladies on reception today had a very poor attitude and inability to answer simple questions. It was obvious that she was not equipped to deal with customers from her frustrated comments before even acknowledging me. If she is not capable of dealing with front of house, she should have left it until the appropriate member of staff was available. I recommend they update their online booking system to include costings for appointments during the booking p... read more
