Agent was unable to tell us if the property had asbestos. Works had begun on the roof and eaves and so we were checking that all due processes had been followed around asbestos, especially as we had two children 5 and under. They said the work order had been issued by the owner. When called, they said the same - it was the owner who employed the builders so owner’s responsibility for ensuring the builders were “professional and qualified”.
