I have been to this medical centre twice both times the dr was very good however the first time I wasn’t charged thinking the practice bulk bills I assign went to see the same dr again to receive a phone call stating I forgot to pay the consultation fee. I don’t understand the fact that your not charged for 1 consultation then being charged for a subsequent appointment.
Refused treatment as we were from Sydney, no matter we had not been there for 14 days or from a hotspot area. It was a simple proceedure of having some stitches removed. Went to other practice as well. Do not get sick in Woolgooga.
