Highly recommend Woolgoolga Motors. Great family business. They did a blueslip for me with short notice. Were very helpfull and the customer service was second to none.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would have no hesitation whatsoever. The turbo on my Ford Ranger started to make an unusually loud whirring sound so phoned Woolgoolga Motors hoping this matter could be resolved as quickly as possible. We were on holidays from the Gold Coast. Sam (reception) was amazing as was Scott (mechanic). Took my Ranger in first thing. Sam even offered to drive me into town. Fantastic, helpful, and fairly priced mechanic. The whole team were super helpful from the moment I called to the debrief at collection. They took the time to explain everything and answer my (many!) questions. They even gave me a lift home while I waited for the car. I’m delighted to have connected with such a friendly and trustworthy mechanic :-)
These guys are the real deal. Having just moved to the area, it's always hard to find reliable trades/service. Time and time again I'm impressed by the staffs attention to detail, the time the mechanic takes to explain things to you, and just their general customer service. Cannot recommend them highly enough, don't bother with the rest if you're looking for a new mechanic.
