Absolutely appalling customer service. I called for a quote, but they refused, insisting they had to come out to measure first. I explained that I’m building a house and urgently needed a price to place an order by next week, and instead of assisting, they abruptly hung up the phone. It’s clear they have no regard for potential customers. If this is how they treat new clients, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You’d think basic manners and professionalism would be standard, but not with this company.
