Woolgoolga AER supplied and installed a Panasonic air conditioning system at my home in October 2022. The unit developed an internal leak in 2024 and was repaired under warranty by Woopi AER, however in order to achieve this I myself had to dismantle the unit and understnad how the unit had failed and provide photo and video evidence as when Woppi AER attended site they claimed they were not able to find the fault and sent me a bill for their site attendance which was never reimbursed, some damage had occured to the internal... read more
Shane was very good. Punctual, efficient, polite, tidy and did an excellent job servicing my 2 air conditioners. Gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the work he had done. Highly recommend him to anyone.
I am happy to recommend Shane at Woolgoolga AER any day! He was prompt, polite, clean, efficient, great value and the quality of his work was exceptional. Shane installed our A/C and did some extra electrical work as well. The whole experience was brilliant. I definitely will use Shane for any air conditioning or electrical work we ever require. Really bad experience. The technician was at our place for 1hr and 5 minutes total to service two working domestic aircons. One needed regasing. No mention of the price for all this until I got the invoice $770!! I could have almost purchased a new one for this absurd amount. I argued with them to reduce the invoice but not even reduced by a dollar nor would they accept a cash discount. Tried charging me double for labour content. Terrible company to deal with, who fleece you all the way. Advice is: use another company.
